Study on the system construction of prefabricated elements suitable for residents with low to moderate income. A combination with RMUTL and the National Housing Authority, which oversees development of the fluorescence low-income and moderate income by construction industry finished parts because it will help solve the problem of shortage of skilled labour. The National Housing Authority, so there is an interest to study the guidelines system construction for industrial parts by can control production costs and shorter construction which will develop technologies of construction, progress and more modern. It also will be able to control the risks of the construction project, which is considered the beginning of the education cooperation with external agencies to help improve the quality of life of people in the society better.
